Cancellation Policy To ensure that I can provide high-quality service to all clients, I’ve established the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Kindly notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This courtesy allows me to offer the time slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price, as this time could have been used to accommodate other clients. 3. No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a full charge for the service. Multiple no-shows may require pre-payment for any future appointments. 4. Non-Refundable Deposits: Please note that all deposits are non-refundable. This policy helps secure your appointment and manage the schedule effectively. If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to a future booking. 5. Emergency Situations: I understand that unexpected events happen. In case of an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis. 6.
